Brent Rieli has been practicing Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga since the mid 1990’s, enjoying the rewards and benefits offered from an intense practice. Wanting to delve further into the discipline of Yoga and become a teacher, Brent waited until his practice became deeply rooted to build a strong foundation from which to teach. In January 2009 Brent and his wife Sheri founded the Plymouth Yoga Room where they have continued to deepen their practice and help entice an inner peace to all that choose to look for it. Brent and Sheri have also helped to cultivate incredible teachers through their Yoga Immersion Program in an effort to increase the awareness of yoga throughout the community.

Shortened version of the Primary series. A specific flow of postures to build internal heat, burn toxins, improve health and flexibility. Great for beginners and advanced students alike.
A dynamic series of sequenced postures that flow together designed to build great internal heat in order to purify the body with physically demanding postures done at the measure of your own breath.
Vinyasa for those wanting to experience a physically slower paced class. Yoga Flow will focus on working at a methodical pace. We will be holding postures, focusing on our breath, and at the same time creating a supple and toned body. Great place for beginners
